IPTV smarters on Samsung tv need a different server url, your provider need to setup a unique url for that device and app, ask your provider or get a trial/subscription from us ;)

Apple removed nearly all good apps... Better stay away from apple in future because their restrictions are not good. Better use android in future, that's the best. And regarding apple, i believe there is one app left: smartes. Install this one before they remove it as well.

sounds weird... some provider having standard settings for "hot spot sharing" activated, if he has same contract with same provider it might be that your router is working as a public hotspot ?

The reduce bouquet list, in order to reduce m3u file size because the other device might have limited cache/memory and can't handle such a big m3u file.

But only when it's real rapid IPTV! If it's another third party Provider then this url doesn't work. And most tvs having limited cache sonpease reduce bouquet list to a minimum in order to reduce the m3u file size ;)
