Did you talk to your provider? In most cases they can change your connection and add an ipv4 to it if you ask them to do so and the problem should be fixed, just give it a try ;)
What epg source/url did you use ? Per country or the url for all countries ?
Most smart tvs having limited cache, try to use the epg url for one specific country only and try again.
You can also use smart iptv app and then use the HLS variant of your m3u file and reduce the bouquet list to 2-3 countries only to reduce the m3u file size cause most tv having limited cache/memory
This block seems to be Temporary when too many mails has been sent the hotmail addresses, after some days with less emails it might be released from hotmail again.

On LG tv you should be able to find SMART IPTV App. If you don't, then change country settings of your lg tv to another country, like uk or germany, probably a factory reset is necessary and choose then another country. But try to change country settings first and once changed, search again for...
try to reduce the bouquet list on your account, cause your TVs cache might be limited for this big m3u file. and then user the server url: http://smarters.link (but reduce bouquet to one country only first)
And you are sure that username and password is right ??? Does your username and/or password include a small L or a big i ? Did you check small and capital letters ?
