Can’t sign in Smarters

Hi, I have tried numerous times to set up as a new user in the Smarters app it I just get “Invalid Details” I have TRIPLE CHECKED all the details and password is correct but still no joy Can anyone help?

It’s not from this community, it’s trial for 24 hours from scopmedia, it’s dowladed onto a LG tv.

You should talk to your provider/reseller, he might be the contact window which should be able to help you.
You can try to use the HLS variant of your m3u and try to reduce m3u size while you modify your bouquet list.
