Formuler Z8 Pro

first I am not very techy
just purchased a Formuler Z8 pro box but I am uncertain which details to send to my iptv supplier,I have been on Formuler support and the details they give are as clear as mud
on the bottom of the box there are 2 sets of digits
MAC 00: 1E: B8: ********
and ID 00: 1A: 79: ********
formuler say send MAC/ID to your iptv supplier to obtain portal url
but which do I send ?
