Hi My mag box is not connecting since about a week ago has the url changed as try it on a browser its the same?

Seems it's a blockage from Infomir in the new version of the firmware

Please try this process:

- Factory reset the box
- Auto software update OFF (before connecting to the internet)
- DHCP update OFF (before connecting to the internet)

just change your portal. maybe you have clientportal.link? ask your reseller for a other one (his one)

Hello, sometime it's only blocking with stalker portal /c/.
Use XC Api login instead will help: Enter your portal address (without /c/), but login with username and password. If you have only stalker portal ask your reseller for user and passw
