I’ve found a good listing for a used MAG 250 on a local selling site, and it comes with 1 month of TV as well. But I wonder, because I’ve seen that there are also 254, 255 and 256 models, not even talking about 3xx and 4xx. Is 250 enough for most IPTV services? I don’t want to lock myself up to that one guy who sells it because who knows if he won’t be gone in the future.
Is Mag 250 a good universal choice for IPTV?

No, MAG250 is old, outdated, sucks on memory and most importantly does not fully support HD and newer CODECS
