Mag 256 parrent control password forgotten

Hello,

i am new here and i want to now is it even possible to reset my forgotten parrent control password on my mag 256.

i have done factory reset with startup remote control and olso factory reset by pushing the reset button 3 times fast red. It reset but the parent control dont reset.

can anyone tell me how i can reset this.

Your parent password recorded in your seller database , thay can see your forgotten pass by MySQL interface and can tell you or reset to default. Just contact them.
