Mag box 250 power on issue

Hi,

I have just brought a mag box 250, I was told it was new and been opened but not used. I connected it up but it does not power on, all I get is a blue flashing light on the front of the box which I presume is the power on / standby light. The remote is ok and on / off button lights up when pressed.

Has anyone come across this before or know what the issue is and how to rectify it ?

Having the same issue currently, have you found any solution to this?
