Mag box locked to old provider how can i unlock it

I use to have iptvk*** as My provider but they are expensive. So now i have bought from somebody elden.
But My macnr is locked to IPTV k**** so i cant use My new .
They dont answer My email.
What can i do?

Has the subscription expired yet? if it has it should automaticaly release. But it may not till then . Is there a website you can visit so you can edit it yourself ?
