Portal slow loading

When I start the box and it downloads the portal it takes several minutes. This problem is fairly new.
I have Smart App on the TV and there isn't any problem.
Anyone know what the problem is?

Hi. Are you using mag device older than MAG256?

Try to disable channel bouquets and VOD that you don't use.

I've found out that even newer MAG boxes benefit from removing some from the boquet list.
No matter what device, it's good to remove what is not needed anyway always
