Hi Mate
why is that so to be aware of him? I am asking as I have a line from his aswell
Dont renew with him. I renewed my line for 3 months and send him the money and he stopped all conversation and didnt renewed my line.

Oh so you couldnt reply in 6 days ?? I have tried to contact you through dashboard multiple times and even send you a mail to your mail adress , no response at all and you let my line run out and now you are telling me you are working on it ?
I have already bought a 1 month sub from another reseller so what about that ? you can refund me for the extra sub i had to buy ??

I have wrote you through dashboard now , you didnt even activated my line properly.
If u are willing to compensate the extra line i had to buy it will be ok , otherwise you can cancel it. Its up to you and your customer service.

Incident/Problem: From the first day this reseller did something wrong uploading the wrong list in two accounts. He resolved it and 1 day after the dashboard says "The line has been disabled. The reseller said is not his problem and he said because Rapid banned me because I have 5 connections on the same line and that´s impossible. I have one connection on my TV and when I sow it was not working I tried on my tablet where it was not working either. Also the other line says the same where we have again only one connection on a TV. I've never had this kind of problems with other resellers.

Incident/Problem: I contacted him by email, neither replied to me. He uploaded the wrong channel list. After 3 days he corrected the mistake. After 24 hourse The channel list was empty. I tried to understand why, he said because I gave my code to someone... and the funny thing is that I neither have a code!!!
So obviously he is lying and he gave my code to some other customers of him.
Hope nobody is going to have any relationship with this guy.

Incident/Problem: Reseller is not available and line is not working. Subscription ended 2 months after activation. Though the purchased subscription was for 12 months. I contacted the reseller on July 7th when I noticed that. He promised to fix the issue. I have email correspondence as a proof. Unfortunately, he stopped responding and subscription prematurely ended on August 29th.
