Incident/Problem: Reseller not available and line stopped working after around 3 months. Ive paid for 1 year subscription
When did you buy the line: 12/01/2018
For how long should the line be: 11/01/2019

Name Reseller: @Jeroen (I do not have his handle on this forum, but I do have his email address. Netherlands reseller)
Incident/Problem: 3 Rapid IPTV lines are not working. On dashboard it says at each line: "The line has been disabled by admin. (203)". Reseller is not responding to ticket.
When did you buy the line: Line 1 (01/14/2018), Line 2 (17/07/2017), Line (12/30/2017).
For how long should the line be: All 12 months agreements, Line 1 (01/14/2019), Line 2 (17/07/2018), Line (12/30/2018).

Reseller say´s that his acount is blokkend by rapid and Rapid disabeld all user line´s
