This thread is dedicated to disputes between our users and resellers. Please read the below topic for further information.

After submitting your report, will give the reseller 48 hours of time to answer to the dispute and fix the issue. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, we will begin our investigation and take further actions.

Please include the following information in your report:
Reseller Name: Write it with a @ in front of the name.

The purchase date:
The expected expiration date for the purchased line:
Please note, false reports will result in a

Incident/Problem: 3 Rapid IPTV lines are not working. On dashboard it says at each line: "The line has been disabled by admin. (203)". Reseller is not responding to ticket.
When did you buy the line: Line 1 (01/14/2018), Line 2 (17/07/2017), Line (12/30/2017).
For how long should the line be: All 12 months agreements, Line 1 (01/14/2019), Line 2 (17/07/2018), Line (12/30/2018).

Reseller say´s that his acount is blokkend by rapid and Rapid disabeld all user line´s

Nb : this is the second time now, first with Reseller DudeNL(i still had until aug 2019 left) and now with my new line @Rusax

validity. 12 months
the line ia already out for 3 weeks.
No answer from rusax on the mails I sended him. No answer as well from IPTV, on the mails a friend wrote for me. He wrote IPTV about 1 week ago.

Reseller Name: I dont know his forum name anymore , in dashboard it only says "Agent" i can provide his mail if needed.
Problem: Paid for 3 month extention and right after the payment was done the Reseller stopped responding.
Purchase date: 02/Oct/2018
The expected expiration date: My actual line will expire in 24 Hours , the extention was 3 months so that would have been 06/Jan/2019
