Smart IPTV hangs at connecting

been using this app for over a year successfully using my LG TV

FOr a couple of weeks now it just hangs when selecting a channel saying connecting

Ive tried installing it on my other LG TV with different MAC address with the same result

Can anyone help please, so disappointed to lose this app

I had the same problem, but few things I did that helped, I don't know which was the main factor;

I reset my TV, then installed Smart IPTV again. Then, ticked/checked on Smart IPTV website, 'Save online' and changed my routers DNS. Also selected fewer countries on my list from the service provider, only channels/countries I'd need so less time to load.

Also, you could unplug your TV from mains and leave it for two minutes, this will clear the memory, that's what I do sometimes.
