Hello, got a tvip box months ago and yesterday it started erasing all our English channels. I reset the box to factory setting, but now there is a complete black screen. What would be causing this issue?

Hello. Do you mean that the box doesn't work att all or when you switch to the TV then you get black screen?

If the TV box world as normal but you don't have channels, then you have to check your internet connection line or check your subscription. Contact your iptv provider or reseller to check.

I have the same problem (black screen) now with the 2nd TVIP V.412.

I restart the device but no screen will be showed. is it possible that 2 of my devices are broken in about the same time of use? (max. 2 years old!) or is there any known issue with some firmwares?
