hi im on virgin media ive got a iptv sub ive been with them nearly 2 years problem im getting is im using 4k fire stick with smarters app but since last friday as soon as i try to connect it wont connect but it works fine on my phone using data and it also works fine on my sisters virgin media line at her house has anybody any ideas what could be wrong?and yes ive reset my router so many times no difference many thanks

on fire tv stick, i guess it's under wifi settings. might be that you need to disconnect wifi and add the wifi with password again while you click on additional settings, there you should be able to set dns to:
8.8.8.8
1.1.1.1
this should help. and if it does not help, try to use a vpn to bypass isp block.
