Bouquet List Error

Hi guys, have a problem updating bouquet list, original problem was getting black screen after initial load, reseller said to remove VOD from bouquet list, nothing changed, then I removed all, stalker loaded obviously without any channels, proceeded to update bouquet list with everything selected and nothing is syncing. Have tried many times and different combinations and nothing. When I paste M3U link it says list is empty, help

Hello,

please try the m3u line on VLC. If the m3u line working on VLC means some issue with your MAG box.

Then please try this process:

- Factory reset the box
- Auto software update OFF (before connecting to the internet)
- DHCP update OFF (before connecting to the internet)

At the moment i have only selected UK, update several times in last 24 hours without avail, since i took off all the channels post updates aren’t syncing
