Also like it quite alot and will probably keep it as main player. Some issues and notes following:
Refetch of full list/epg if you switch user.
Automatic start of first channel in each group makes the navigation slow and choppy.
Lack of AFR switching.
Navigating in EPG-view is awkward and I tend to only use the regular view as you have a small epg there aswell.

Still having problems? Which apk are you using the IPTV smarters apk or the box version apk?
Provide as much information as possible - Which device, your connection speed and any content of error messages (if there this any).
Are you sure your subscription is still valid? Are you using a VPN or Proxy?
We need that information to enable us to help you properly.

I use the iptv smarters version and its a new subscription so its valid.
No vpn or proxy...
You will need to enter your Username, Password and Server URL that is provided by your service provider.
Example line: http://tv.iptvtogo.hitv.one/get.php?username=JGsznjd04&password=5Sy3k06&type=m3u&output=m3u8
1. Any Name example: iptvtogo
2. Username: JGsznjd04
3. Password: 5Sy3k06
4. Link: http://tv.iptvtogo.hitv.one
If you have problems with it, they are most likely to be caused by entering your credentials incorrectly.
Check that you have entered them exactly as in your line. with no spaces. Check the upper/lower case.
If still not work try to download, .....
