Mag351 rebooting problem

It worked perfectly until last weekend. Now I have the problem that the device is constantly rebooting. It happens randomly watching tv but mostly I can not start portal because its rebooting again and again. The problem occurs afer I moved to another appartement but I didnt change ISP. Does anybody know this problem? Any advice what I can do?

I removed countries from dashboard but it doesnt help. Mag is only rebooting. Im not able to access inner or external portal. Sometimes it can load inner portal but after pushing any button on IR it start again with reboot.

Could it be that mag is blocked by Infomir?

Maybe try and reset the box.. Doing a factory reset

Factory reset also doesnt help

For me it's kinda slow these days. Factory reset did not help
