No subtitles?

I recently got a Samsung 65 inch Q60T QLED TV with Tizen OS and trying to get the subtitles on channels to work.
I've tried literally every app in the app store + Smart IPTV through USB but not a single one has had visual options to enable subtitles.
Does DVB subtitles not work on Tizen OS or what is the problem?
Is there any other IPTV app that works or am I missing something?

I got the same TV and i managed to play movies with subtitles with DuplexPlay app, it's cheap and has some good options...
