Is your picture from IPTV frozen or you get connect error after app is updated ?

Please try and reupload the list again to the app .

Try both versions of the M3U to see wich works the best for your TV. HLS or MPEGTS

Both versions can be found on your dashboard ;)

If none of the above methods help, reinstall your application or try using another network DNS. Recommend 8888/8844

And if they don't help either, contact your reseller

Possible issues after updating to native webOS app version:

  • If your channels stopped working after update, try asking your playlist provider for a HLS (M3U8) type of playlist
  • The issue with VODs not working properly on webOS 4.* TVs is known, the solution is coming soon
  • If you have application stuck on loading channel list, try turning off "Add DVB-T/C/S Channels" in app's settings
