Screen Frozen every 10 sec.

On Samsung TIZEN, with Smart IPTV Application, every 10 - 15 sec screen frozen, then 10-20 sec continue and freeze again and etc..
I tried to upload MPEGTS and HLS links, i uploaded online list, i changed manual DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8, but problem not solved, Internet connection is good, but problem continue.
Anyone can help me?

I sometime, not all the time, have the same issue. Sometimes it works fine, byt after an hour the problem appears. Do you yet have a solution to the problem??

You could try for example Duplex play app, just to see if u have the same issues
