sound but no picture with my mag254

I have a mag254 with the latest update and I have a problem with a channel where I have sound but no picture I have contacted my seller of my link and everything is correct so there is something wrong with my mag254 can you help me

Please remove unwanted bouquets from your dashboard (http://prntscr.com/nifpq9). Your box memory may get full. Afterward, restart the router and your Mag Device and try again, please.
