have a TCL 43DP628 and when install is complete as soon as I turn off TV
I get the install wizard again prompting for a fresh install every time
problems started after a factory reset
TV has been working and about 2 year old
also tv channels are not being saved after scanning is complete
any ideas guys thanks in advance
