IPTV on two enigma devices

Hello!

I bought two connections from a IPtv provider. I have two enigma 2 boxes.

When i watch IPTV on these devices at the same time the picture freezes on one of them.

The provider says it has to be something on my network or something else LOCAL. Does anyone have a solution?
