Questions about reseller, what if...

Hope you can help
Before I decide to buy a 12month subscription I got some questions what if...
1) The reseller just dissapear, (close down his personal dashboard/personal links etc.)
Will ”my” dashboard still work and my m3u file?
2) Can the reseller just quit my subscription at any time ”just for fun”?

Beleive so but anything could happen to anyone right, so any answer?
(I know its not a lifetime investment in money but just curious on how it works)
