I have a problem, can't log in to my Dashboard for last 2 weeks. Can someone help me as I know I am putting correct email and password.
I buy direct from the website.

If your using Chrome delete cookies..

FWIW since joining 6 weeks ago, every time I try and log in to my Dashboard with the correct password it fails to recognise. So I have to reset EVERY TIME, a little bit annoying, not sure if MODS or anyone else can rectify this issue??

did you use safari? try google chrome browser and clear cache. and use your email as username, thats the solution
