EPG Issues

Hi not had EPG (on UK/US channels) for over 2 weeks now. Sent a support ticket via dashboard on 6th Jan and no response. I'm using IPTV smarters app on android. Pls advise if there is anything I need to change/update. Thanks
 
On some channels epg does not work. you can fix it

Dsboard - channels-epg new path for downliading EPG links for countries
 
I'm using an Android TV. Tested with perfect player, IPTV Smarters, GSE, and none of them show me EPG for Portuguese channels.
 
The EPG files provided from dashboard's are not read by KODI.
They do however work for me in Perfect Player
 
It seems to me that the problem is related to Android.

I have tested EPG from dashboard on both iPhone and Apple TV.
Everything is working fine.

When i try the same EPG on my Samsung tablet with Android EPG is not working.

I think the problem has something to do with HTTPS.

On android i can’t reach dashboard and EPG is not working.

On iPhone i can reach both dashboard and EPG is working.

Try to open your EPG xml file in browser and see if it works.
On Android I get error can’t establish Secure Connection.

On iPhone it works fine and i can see the data thats inside the EPG file.

When I try to insert url in android browser
It shows at first data for EPG then when it comes at about 80% of loading the page it gives some error
In my opinion that is related with this captcha and proving that you are human
Becouse players for EPG cant prove that
When I tried to load payed EPG link in same browser it loaded and it shows all information included
So there is a problem with that stupid autenichation or some security check for acessing EPG

Please contact your Reseller or open a ticket directly from your Dashboard. Our EPG is perfectly working.

Can you send exyu url that is working for yu or Uk or some other country
I am resseler already opened a ticket
Just trying to figure out and maybe help myself and others
