IPTV Issues - (Must read the first post before requesting help from the community)

it worked perfectly in switzerland without any issue during the whole time for both matches

Problem: a lot of buffering and slow picture With perfect player.
With GSE IPTV the channel is working fine
 
Channells from Czech&Slovakia group have problems. Some channell are in loop, they broadcasting something from september 2018 (in 3 hour loop). And one channell need to change frequency. These channells are not working 1 month. Thanks

Sport 5 CZ -> LOOP
CT 24 CZ -> LOOP
Prima Cool CZ -> LOOP
TV Nova CZ -> LOOP
Nova Cinema CZ> Need to change frequency

Alot of buffering on live Sweden channels. Slow channel change. Been working fine for a year and now barely watchable since a few weeks back.
 
Alot of buffering on Alibi uk and Alibi HD switches to wrong channle many times a day.. Already reported but was not fixed and cannot report buffering.

Probleme: sound asynchron ca. 10 seconds
 
Is it possible to fix the Sky Sports UK channels which are in FHD. Even if the quality looks good the 25fps makes it unpossible to watch football there. Would be great if it would be like the BT sports FHD channels which are streaming with 50fps. Thanks.

Problem: This channel is on codec HEVC which is 4k. Please put this back on codec h264. Not Every device can play 4k stream.

Channel: Fox sports 4 fhd NL, Fox sports 5 fhd NL, Fox sports 6 fhd NL
Problem: these channels are in the Bottom of the Netherlands map and seperated from the rest of the Fox sports channels. These channels have to move up to the rest of the Fox sports channels in the Netherlands map.

H2 FHD - not norwegian
History FHD - not norwegian
Discovery science - not norwegian
Discovery world - not norwegian
Animal planet FHD - not norwegian
BBC earth hd - not norwegian
Eurosport 1 fhd - not norwegian
Viasat golf - not norwegian
Viasat hocket - not norwegian
E! - not working at all
NickToons - not working at all
Viasat film hits - not norwegian

There is problem with 18/68 channels, some are wrong and a few doesnt work at all...

Hello,

If a channel is Down, No Sound, No Picture or Wrong Channel
please report it at "Channels" section (http://prntscr.com/kku652) directly from your Dashboard.
It's the right & fastest way.
The Channel does not show up at channel report - then submit a ticket directly from your DB.
