Hello,

If a channel is Down, No Sound, No Picture or Wrong Channel
please report it directly from your Dashboard "Channels" section (eg http://prntscr.com/kku652).
It's the right & fastest way to get it sorted!

The Channel does not show up at channel report section - then submit pls a ticket directly from your DB.

Guys, I am using a TVIP 605 box. Since around two weeks back now (about same time as there was a firmware update), changing channels takes "forever". When I say forever, it can take anywhere from 2 seconds, to five minutes or more. I have contacted the factory, they suspected missing tags in the M3U, but also supplied me with a beta firmware - wich worked better for two days, then it is back to same as the official firmware. It takes forever to change channels.

What to do? This is terribly frustrating.

BTW: I am on 1GBPS fiber, so no problem with the Internet connection.
 
CT Sport CZ - freezing
TELKA CZ = new name of the channel is "Nova Gold"
SMICHOV = new name of the channel is "Nova 2"
 
is it possible to make the channels:

Planet Sport 1-3 Croatia and
Sky Sports channels UK more fluent? Like 50fps?

CT 24 CZ = sometimes working, sometimes in loop.

CT Sport = same problem

CT 2 HD CZ = switching always from FHD to SD, sometimes in loop.

Eurosport 1 and 2 FHD CZ = down

As you found some good and stable Czech channels ressources recently, can you fix these problems?
 
Canal + Discovery PL
Channel has been renamed to Canal+ Dokument since 1st of July,
Please also adjust EPG for that channel,

Channels Name: Viasat Explore SE, Viasat History SE, Viasat Nature SE
Problems: Doesn´t work!! since a couple of days
 
Eleven sports Portugal channels 1-6 always change their resolution (sometimes fhd and good fps, sometimes bad fps, sometimes bad sd)

Same problem for these channels:

Canal+ Sport 2 Poland

BeIN Sport 1-3 FHD France (and the Max channels aswell)

please find a stable source for these channels!
