Hi there,


I´m have some problems too with MAG device but If I understand right you don´t have to do anything for adding the channels to the MAG device. Everything will be in order as soon as you "add MAG device". If everything is valide the channels will automaticly upload.

So the portals in the mag i I leave it blank?

hi. this portal does not work. "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider."
Whan can i do? i want to add channels from reseller account to my MAGbox?

Hi there Arben

you have to login in your reseller account and under "MAG DEVICES"
click on "add new MAG device"
register your MAG device by entering mac adress
follow instructions on web.
everything will be ok

Got a message on my mag 250 "Your STB is blocked.
Call the provider.

anywone who knows how to fix it?

mag how to change the address in my edit user name notes is only by the number of mag can not change that.
 
Hello, i'm reseller.

I have my first client with mag system, he want to test the line...
I create a line with his MAC Adress in the resellers panel, what do i have to do next?
because i saw there is a portal: http://mag.rapidiptv.com/c/ (with rapidiptv adress)

Do i have to give this portal adress to my client to finish the configuration or what? what is the next step, pls???
