Perfect Player Technical Issues and Support

hi

i have got problem some channels have black screen but sound is on most of this channels are FHD

someone are any idea

Hi

don't know if covered before but when going through the channel list, we are able to view what’s playing now and after. But if we want to see more of the guide, won’t work as pressing left or right, only moves channel list .

i am using Nvidia Shield and the remote doesn’t have many buttons .
