When the info on Multi connection was released this was the info

Hello IPTV Community,
Today we released new options on dashboard, for adding multi connections
- maximum is 5 connections at same time
- all can be used from different IPs
- in extending options you can see how much credits will cost for 2-5 extra connections
- can be added extra connection on existing line, credit will be deducted for remaining days

But seems like some think that its not possible to use it on your home network and at the same time connect via a phone using 4G ?

but this should be possible right ? surely hope so since i have also told my clients this ;)
 
You can use different IP's Sense, as stated by Rapid, so that works and should not cause any problems.

Again, is someone using HLS m3u, because with HLS, when you close a channel, the connection status in dashboard still stays occupied for about 1 minute (time depends which application is used for HLS m3u) and that may be a problem

Maybe some one from Rapid support @Michael MD can say something about what happens with HLS still occupying connection in dashboard, when channel is closed on device/app.

To compare with TS m3u, when a TS channel is closed, the connection status in dashboard is closed directly.

HLS m3u always usses a Buffer time to load and close channels. that why this is used by people with slower internet
 
How does Rapids block/ban system handle that, when someone is zapping with HLS m3u ?

Because dashboard then reports more occupied connections then subscription allows, during that buffertime when someone is zapping.

I've no idea about the difference. I use the M3U link that I received on a various devices (RPI3+Kodi, ipad/iphone with GSE pro and Kodi on a mackbook).

My main device that I use is the RP3.

You just press on the line name,

Fill in the new DNS username and password and save
 
Today something weird happened.
The IPTV has worked flawless until now, but after watching some movies under the VOD section, channels from other countries than my own (Sweden) does not play at all. When i try on 4G celluar with my norwegian sim card, all works well. This has not happened before. So my setup is wired internet to a x96 running perfect player. No abroad channels will open on my iPad with GSE either as long as I am connected to home network. Isn't it quite weird that I can only play Swedish and VOD? But when I switch to 4G all runs perfectly?
 
you must download the webgrabplus installer from the netherlands website

ideal the newest version directly

after install you download the xmlgrapplus

manyplay.de/xmlgrabplus-for-windows

open it and press [settings] on the left side and
choose the amount of days in your epg

(maximal 2 or 3 days for android based mobile
apps or more for normal actual computers)

you see [X,X:00 XX:00] in one of the fields
click into and change the first value for days
(1 means (today and tomorrow)

the second is for start on the days
18:00 to 24:00 means the whole evening

all other values can be ignored - they are configured
try later and change it by looking in the webgrabplusplus
manual

now you can press finish!

on the left side choose the country you prefered for epg data

you can see that in the panel at the middle the entries change
now you choose your epg site channel in the middle panel
in the panel on buttom you see each tv epg channel.
click some you want to have in your epg config file.

after done press save [xx] to xml

then you can use the exec button to create a guide.xml
that you can save local or on local network drives after
executing is finished

also you can use xmlgrabandstore4me

manyplay.de/xmlgrabandstore4me/

with that program you can automate the epg creating
like xmlgrabplus and distribute it somewhere local or
in the cloud or ftp on website
(place a link in the autoexec folder or schedule it)
now open it after you have created you config file
for webgrabplusplus with xmlgrabplus

choose in the pulldown where you want to save the
gulde.xml (ftp, lan, file)

if you use ftp you can save it inside a website
use a ftp program to setup the destination path
(access by username / password or directly)

then you must give the data into the fields
username and password are the ftp ones
to upload the guide.xml to the ftp area.

with lan you can save it to a local network drive
with file local on a drive / local network drive

at least press test configuration on the bottom
if result is okay save the path in your epg view
program

press [x] and you will asc to run or exit press
run and all the things are going like you set
in the configuration.

on manyplay there is a beta named dooplay to download with that you can get the best
out of downcasted and artefacted films that you have downloaded from the web or old
low resolution films.
It works as a normal VLC based player and added near to photoshop lying filter functions
to increase quallity while viewing.
 
Hello!
I created a line for 365 days for a client. I installed it on his box and everything but when he now tries to connect it at his home he says the box is not starting. I am not at home now for 2 weeks so I can not help him and see what is wrong until I go home.

So my question is, is it possible to pause his line? So he don't loose 2 weeks?
 
I don´t thing that is possible. Al least I didn´t find any Option in the Dashboard
