did you contact them via opening ticket? you need to verrify your debit card by sending them a copy of it and also passport copy. just blur out all the numbers besides the last 4 digits on the card

Hello everyone.

I have purchased a MAG 256, to use this box i must get someone to change my MAC address?

I use Rapid IPTV on my Samsung smart tv and the Smart IPTV app today.
And i believe that it's the MAC address to the Samsung tv that is registered now.

Can this be done?

I have tried the ticket system, but they said this: 'Sorry not possible to change'?

I have also sent a PM to Mr Rapid IPTV on monday but havent got any answer yet.
So have i bought me a box that i can't use right now?? I have also just bought myself a one year Rapid IPTV subscription.:confused:

well.. if you go to your reseller, he can fix that for you... did this for my own clients as well... :)

so... you did not bought a box that you can't use....

I did buy my subscription directly from the Rapid IPTV site, not a reseller.
Would that be a problem?

Hmmm... not sure.. in that case you should directly contact Rapid support.. they seem often very flexible and fast.. so, you may try again and ask.. comment that you heard on forum it is possible and if they want to do that for you...

If not... hmmm.. when does your sub expire?

I have contacted Rapid IPTV here on the forum, but havent heard from him.
I also contacted with a ticket on the main site but they could not help. :(

My subscription does not expire before december!

I can logg in to Rapid IPTV Support center and se My activities and my profile...
And i can still use Rapid IPTV on my Samsung Tv with Smart IPTV App.

My subscription is working well!

Hope i will get this fixed, i feel like that i have bougt a box (Mag 256) and not be able to use it.. :disappointed:

I have contacted Rapid IPTV 2 times but haven't heard from him yet. :(

Hi again all!

I have one question?

If i add Rapid IPTV to my Mag 256 box now, will i get banned/blocked?
I have the Rapid IPTV on my Samsung smart tv now, and i think it's the MAC address of the tv that the subscription is paired to? Or is it??

I'm starting to be frustrated here. :disappointed: Have contacted Rapid IPTV 2 times (monday and wednesday) but haven't heard from him yet??
