hi @Chips, login to you user dashboard and manage the BOUQUET list. Unselect all country groups you doesn't need, this will help to recude the m3u file size. Can you load the channel list?I still can't get my lg tv to work, it sees all the channels and when I go to play one it just says connecting and stops

I recently bought and activated my Smart IPTV app through the official website. Unfortunately my tv died and I had to by a new one which has a new mac address.
I have sent to emails to the support but there was no reply so far.
Is it possible to change my paid subscription to my new mac address?
