Hello,

If you have that kind of problem you have to select "keep online" option on sip******* WARNING FRAUD **DON'T BUY** PLEASE REPORT TO ADMIN ******* site when you are uploading a list and only in that case.

Hi

Channel list disappears every time I turn off TV, then I need to uploud the channel list again.

Tv Modell: LG 55LM640T

Lock MAC (since App version 2.1.25)
You can lock your MAC address in application settings by using the Lock MAC button to avoid your playlist being reset by somebody else or if you shared your MAC address with some third party.
If you want to remove the PIN, just use 0000 when locking MAC address again.

will try to delete the app again, i did not reset the list, but "keep online" do i not have have "save online"

this looks lika a problem with siptv in combination with youre tv

you should ask there on there forum

Maybe I can be at help here. I did have some issues myself with trial and Smart IPTV on my television.

I have a LG and webos 3.5. What I did to 'fix' it was to, when I look at a channel, to click the settings key on the remote. Then close the vertical settings and the you can see a horizontal settings with a globe. Click that globe and if supported by the channel - then change language and/or subtitles.

Perhaps that works for you also..

Hey Our Community
Any idea why a LG Smart TV with Smart IPTV App after load list
all channels not working and only vod working

can see list but after select a channel to play give 'connection failed'

I have the same issue as you, I can't select the correct subtitles. I just can put the subtitles ON or OFF (webOS 3.0)

I had a user with a similar problem yesterday.
The app kept a connection open in the background.

Unpluggingthe TV's power source fixed it.
Worth a shot.

I got a LGtv with siptv.
I haven't notice this before but now I got problems with sound on many channels. It's quiet. But when I try the same channels on my phone it's sound.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Well, if the sound is OK on other devices, you probably have to look at the audio settings in your TV.
If you give a precise model no. people here will better be able to help you.
