Like a pen 3.0 other similar?
Because the pen drive I have is 2.0, could that be the problem?

And someone can record without problems on mag250?

I am using a 2.0, I already did what was mentioned above, reformat the pen, restart the stb, change the buffering and nothing served, I did not try a USB stick because I do not have it. Could that be the problem?

I tried everything, connected a external usb 3 ssd disk (so speed is not the problem). Formatted to FAT32 changed buffering to 10 and 15, but nothing helps. My internet is also not the problem because I have a stable 150mbps connection.
After 20 seconds the stream reloads and after 50 seconds I get the PVR error: end of stream message.
Please someone who managed to get it working help me.

I run a few tests.
1. Inserted a usb drive usb 3, pressed the red button and it was able to start recording, I'm able to record for as long as i wanted but something is causing it to stop every 20 seconds or so, black screen for 1 or 2 seconds and back to recording (continuing).
2. I tried a faster memory, now with micro sd recorded for around 15 minutes, now black screen showing every 4 or 5 minutes.
As i see it its a matter of speed of memory...
I have time shifting off
Buffer set to off
Do you think it could help?
In addition, I'm not able to set future recordings from guide and event not to schedule start and end time.

I wanted to activate my subscription on a mag250
I followed the instructions but when im in the setting menu and i go to server.i only see the choice between general-more.
I cant see the option portals.
Does this sounds familiar to anyone or does somebody know what i should do next?

Yes, 15 if needI need expand more the buffer size? I go try this.
