Hi guys...

So I downloaded the app and activated it for 5 Euros. For like 10 days ago i have paid to a man that added the playlist and after 5 days it doesn't work any more...
I can choose the chanels, but I get allways:

Connect failed! Than comes Retrying 2-3 times and than I get Cannot connect!

The connection is fine, I have Internet 50Mbit/s, YT app working fine but I cant watch anything on Smart IPTV

I tried to delete all apps and install SIPTV again, also to reset smart HUB...

Any suggestion?
 
Whenever i have had this issue, i check IP isnt blocked, then if not reinstall the app
does your m3u work on other devices?
 
On fb page, it's some man from my country. The list is still there, I can choose chanels etc like on the first day but it cant connect.

How to check IP isnt blocked?

It sounds like your sub has expired.. email guy you got it from
 
I allready did, he says that it's fine, it works and he asked others allready but no one has problems.
 
As a mather of fackt I dont know what is m3u line and I didn't get anything from him. He told me to send him my MAC address and that's it.

If you can explain me everything it would be nice, because I new in this and I don't understand it all ...
 
my sub and a few of the clients i have sold to had this prob yesterday afternoon. then last night it all came back on for everyone its now doen it again. any ideas people?
 
THE IMPORTANT QUESTION IS IS THIS A RAPID LINE ?

OR SOME OTHER IF NOT A RAPID LINE YOU NEED TO CHECK ON THAT FORUM OR WITH THE GUY SELLING YOU THE LINE

ALWAYS ASK FOR THE M3U LINE, SO YOU CAN CHECK ON OTHER APPS OR DEVICES

i never seen this thread before but thanks. mine is now working tho so shouldnt be a block

and yesterday when mine went off midway through a prem game all the countrys wernt working
 
Same here with VOD, it is jumping forward and backwards all the time.
I have also a samsung tv and I am using smart ITPV as app.
 
sorry guys...But I am trying a lot hardware/software these days...And I say:

You can really watch IPTV without the right hardware. And only SmartTV with smartiptv app is not the right solution!
 
  1. The sollution is simple. I was having the same problem. Register your tv with Divx under system settings menu. Your tv will have code which you need to go and register with.

Nope - this doesn't work either for me / my Samsung.
