I have same problem
all day,
3 of my clients have also same problem

2 of them have Tvip box and 1 MAG

all same portal,

I have other clients with same box and portal and it works for them

Very strange portal menu on 256w2. Sometimes when rebooting there’s just a black screen and a blue line in the middle. Blue line is sometime loading fully out and sometimes it won’t.

I have 3 clients with tvip box. 2 is working. I have to manually reload portal everytime I shut it down. It works for me but not my client. When I'm in the portal it's working but if the box is powered down then a manually reload or change server is needed.

I had the same issue and clicked on the menu, then reload page. After several such efforts it got through and loaded. However, I am not sure it will work next time.

Can it be that we get connected to different servers, and one server is not working well?

Same Issue over here. Once you reboot the mag boxes, its difficult to load into the server. One loading is done, there's a bleu screen with yellow icons ( folders, play, pauze, ... )

Once you reboot the portal ( from the inner portal menu ) serveral times, it works.

PS: I only have this issue with mag-customers
No issue on forumuler-boxes for example.

Can someone help us out please?

im just thinking if the formuler boxes has a relation with this issue?

my problem with formuler boxes(lot of customers) is that everything working veeeery slowly. i have to restart the box many times during one day...

this looks like a problem in the informir firmware has problem opening the xstream codec. only box 256 shows this problem.

what i normally do is let them unplug the box.

on dashboard i change there password ( so the line will reconnect with server)

delete mac address and add it again.

and than let them restart the box again.

in the last 30 casses 29 got image back again

i just try to connect the tvip box to anohter provider, and it works , why can i not connect to rapid?

I find it strange that some Mag boxes have problems and others not.. it was suggested in an earlier post that the problem might lie with the Infomir software.. if this is correct why where the boxes working ok over the last few months?? I´ve more providers on a Mag256 when rapid was down all the others worked.. this makes me think that the problem is not with the 256 box software but with a change that rapid have introduced.. what that might be i don´t know.
