MAG 256/257 Technical Issues

It's something with Rapid that's not allowing some boxes to connect to The portal on M3U it works on MAG and Tvip boxes,
It works with other providers I have tried
I have tried with MAG 254 and Tvip 410 and 600,
The portal with Rapid can't connect I have tried different portals It's The same.
Some Times it works after many tries but if you restart box or Reload portal, It's The same
 
Was the same on my Mag351.
Tried all of the suggestions above without result.

Now I have done a "cleare user data" in the advanced main menu, and my box started again and is working fine.

I have not restarted yet because I dont want get stuck again. :blush:
 
For MAG256 users: Goes to system setting "Software update" after update it worked again for me.

Bevore the update i had the same issues with black screen and so on..

I did this with MAG 254 and it works

Still having the same problem I also updated my MAG351

yesterday, i had 2 boxes that also gave only black screen on the old dns clientportal and mine own.

i changend it to the new dns found in settings on the right side and both are working without problem now

Hmm, I've just checked, my MAG portal is still the same URL? o_O

Yeah it can be, i had some clients on old dns and a private one i made with cloudflare. so its possible you still have the same
