Hi,

I have a huge mysterious problem. My SIPTV does not load any channel. It still loads the example list though.

IPS: UPC Austria

Here are the steps I've tried so far;

- Smart HUB and Factory Reset
- Shortend the bouqouet list
- Tried both m3u with options
- Re/De/Installed Smart IPTV App a dozen times, rebooted TV a dozen times
- Tried via iPhone 4G
- DNS Changes
- Rebooted IPS Router

Line working fine. Tried it using VLC/Kodi/Perfect Player. But it just wont work on TV...

I have the same Problem my ISP is UPS Austria too

Yesterday all was working like a charm suddently black screen and when i press on a chennel it only says Connecting....

Did all what Xnatur did but nothing worked.

did you change the DNS directly on the router? if not try that.

Ask your reseller to reset your line (change password).

You should be fine after..

I had the same problem on smart iptv app on my tv.. editing bouquet list on dashboard gives me aleays problems, had to download again the link without editing bouquets

I am using smart iptv and got 2 question.
On the new Samsung Tv's, there is a small remote with no to many buttons.

I was wondering how the heck I can STOP a video from playing in the app. There is no stop button but in other apps, when u press the FF button a OSD comes up and u can coose the stop,play and so on. But in smartiptv app there is not, so I can't stop a video and go back to channel listing?
Is it possible to redirect a colorbutton or something to make that act as stop?


Another Question. A few, maybe 8 channels, are loosing the sound in the app after awhile. In some channels it always happens when its commercial time. Only way to get sound back is to swap channel and go back again.
I do not have this problem on thoose channels on my Android box with other app and the LAN is perfeclty setup so no network issues. I tried increase/decrease buffer but it wont help. Is this a known bug or is there anything I can do about this?
Is there a preffered playlist format for your app? I am using type=m3u_plus&output=ts right now

If Samsung decide to block.. all they have to do is remove a app from they store. I am in UK and smart iptv is still available after update. The problem some users like me having here is not the app itself

If your samsung modell does not have Tizen linux on it, you can download any app as .APK and install easely.

I found a solution to my mysterious problem. I bought a LAN cable and connected my TV directly to the router. I've got a new MAC Adress on SIPTV App, activated this MAC at my own risk knowing that the other "WIFI" MAC did not work. Uploaded the same list. Restarted the app. AND IT WORKED.

Hello friends, I recently bought a samsung q7fn, very fast tv, smart iptv connects very fast from the channels by having better hardware than my old samsung tv also 4k.

I only noticed a strange thing, sometimes when it will connect in some channel, it will stop in connecting ..., and release after a while, and in other channels, it will connect in 1 second or less (all channels 1080), but in these same ones channels that take time, in other attempts enters the normal time of 1 second, what can be?

can someone help me, everytime i try to see a a channel in 1080 it stops after a short period of time? but if the channel is 720 or less it never a problem.
My other tv LG never have any issuse? any tips?

Have been getting a lot of reports from Samsung users that their Smart IPTV app doesn't work correctly anymore (constant lagging, lists disappears daily, ...). Sent in a ticket to tech staff, they say that the Smart IPTV app doesn't work anymore for Sammie TV's.

Can anyone confirm that they have the same experience?
For Sammie TV? What is Sammie?

I have a Tizen Samsung and using the app everyday and have not noticed that anything have changed.
